Shipping policy

All orders done on mondays to fridays before 12:00pm (Miami Standard Time) will be sent by the next business day. The customer has payment options regarding the tracking of the package.

Payment done in advance without tracking number is a shipping option that has no shipping insurance or tracking information.

Payment done in advance with tracking number is another shipping option and it does have the option to track the package across all stages of the process. 

ByDrGSmile takes no reponsibility for any international package that had no tracking, and got lost in the process. Shipping done without tracking number is done under client's risk, and there is no way of recovering or locating a package, once it has been sent. ByDrGSmile is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages, or those sent to wrong locations. 

Packages might be sent back for various reasons including: Wrong address, no one claimed the package at the postal office, missing importation payment. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer has to send an email to drg@drgsmile.com in order to schedule a re-send, and pay for all the shipping expenses.
